Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent Engineer to join our team at our Dubai office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical operations of our fleet meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee technical aspects of our tanker and/or chemical vessels and/or LPG vessels.
• Monitor vessel performance and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate and supervise dry-docking and repair projects.
• Utilize expertise with ME electronically controlled engines.
• Ensure compliance with ISM Code, TMSA Requirements, and other relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Travel as needed to support vessel operations.
• Utilize strong managerial and project management skills to lead and develop high-performance teams.

Qualifications:

• University Engineering Marine Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous office experience in a similar position.
• Sea-going experience as Chief Engineer or Senior Officer on tanker and/or chemical vessels and/or LPG vessels.
• Dry-docking and repairs experience.
