Job Description: As a Senior Buyer/Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement cycle for a wide range of materials and services, including stores, spares, bunkers, lubricants, provisions, paints, chemicals, and more, to support the needs of our managed fleet. Your responsibilities will also include budget preparation and monitoring, as well as contract agreements. Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement cycle for a variety of materials and services.
• Actively prepare and monitor budgets.
• Negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is considered a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize strong managerial and project management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and team-working skills.

**Qualifications:**

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to create a positive work environment.
- Maritime, Management, Engineering, Economics, or other relevant University or College degree.
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position within the Purchasing Department of ship management companies or Ship Supply organizations.

• Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
