Job Description: As a Crewing Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective manning of our fleet, adhering to industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of crew performance and welfare. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crewing operations for our tanker fleet.
• Preferably have (3) years of previous office experience in a similar position within ship management companies or manning agencies.
• Familiarity with the latest maritime industry requirements.
• Knowledge of Oil Major's Crew Matrix and Vetting Inspections Crew requirements.
• Familiarity with STCW requirements, MLC, Various Crew National Labor Law, and Social Security issues.
• Knowledge of ISM Code and TMSA Requirements.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is considered a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong managerial and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Collaborate effectively to gain consensus and build high-performance teams.
